The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of US First Exchange's website and services.
US First Exchange reserves the right to refuse any order to purchase currency, in its sole discretion. In addition, the purchase prices for currency quoted by US First Exchange are effective for a limited period of time following placement of an order. If we do not receive your verification information (such as copies of your ID and cashier’s check or money order) prior to 5pm (Eastern Time) on the business day following the date of your order, or, in the case of Pay-By-Mail orders, we do not receive your payment by the end of the fifth (5th) business day following the date of your order, then US First Exchange may accept your order, but change the aggregate price of your order to reflect our then-current quoted price. If that happens, we will contact you to confirm an updated order total.
You acknowledge and agree that US First Exchange may stop providing any Service (or any features within any Services) to you at US First Exchange's sole discretion, without prior notice to you. Likewise, you may stop using the Services at any time.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless US First Exchange and its affiliates from any losses (including attorneys' fees and disbursements) resulting from a claim by any third party that arises from or in connection with (a) your breach of the Terms, or (b) actual or alleged acts or omissions by you.
US First Exchange's website may display advertisements and promotions. In consideration for US First Exchange's granting you access to and use of the Services, you agree to the placement of such materials by US First Exchange.
If you have a complaint, first contact the consumer assistance division of US First Exchange through usfirstexchange.com. There are risks associated with utilizing an internet-based system for buying and selling foreign currencies including, but not limited to, the failure of hardware, software, and internet connection, both on your side and ours. We intend to make the cost of all trades available in real time, and all prices are subject to change without notice. The price of your currency purchase, or the price paid by US First Exchange to purchase your currency, is not locked in until your funds have cleared. We are not responsible for any changes in the value of currencies you purchase; these changes are the result of market forces that are beyond the control of US First Exchange.
Currencies and commodities are part of a volatile market that is speculative and somewhat unregulated. There is certain degree of risk that is involved with the purchase and sale of foreign currencies. There is no such thing as an accurate growth projections, no matter whether they are calculated in the most scientific manner considering past performance, research, and analysis. There is no guarantee that past performance will equal future growth. US First Exchange is not obligated and does not intend to offer any such projections. With the dynamic environment and constant changes happening in laws and regulations, we at US First Exchange try to provide a retail outlet only. There is an element of risk associated with such trading and all customers are advised to carefully study and understand the risks associated before buying or selling foreign currencies. Numerous factors such as availability, supply, demand, and economic conditions contribute to the exchange rates for bank notes.
There may or may not be a revaluation for any currency purchased through US First Exchange or sold to US First Exchange. There may be an overthrow of any given government and the value of a currency you purchase may be non-existent. US First Exchange does not provide or intend to provide any analysis of potential revaluation of any currency you buy or sell through our platform.
There may also be taxable consequences to changes in the value of currencies you purchase and resell at a later date. We do not provide tax advice or investment advice. We do not support or encourage the use of US First Exchange's web platform for speculation in foreign currency markets, and US First Exchange reserves the right to close the account of anyone who it suspects may be using or attempting to use the platform for speculation in foreign currencies. We do not train foreign currency traders. You should consult a professional prior to entering the market if you are unsure about the potential risks associated with buying and selling foreign currencies. It is imperative for customers to know about all the consequences arising from such transactions. If you have any doubts about the extent of your involvement, please consult an independent financial advisor.
US First Exchange does not currently support, encourage, or intend to support peer-to-peer trading of one currency for another currency; all orders made through US First Exchange's website are orders placed with US First Exchange acting as the buyer or seller. There is uncertainty regarding both products, as no one knows which one will outperform the other. US First Exchange, at its discretion, may facilitate sale of a currency at its sole discretion. While US First Exchange intends to deal in as many currencies as possible, US First Exchange may elect to end purchase and sale of any currency at its sole discretion. US First Exchange is under no obligation to notify its users, customers, or the public about changes in its currency offerings.

At US First Exchange, purchase of bank notes can be made through bank wire transfers, credit card payment, or checks. We will not ship your product until your credit card is charged and applicable documentation is provided to confirm identity. At our discretion, we reserve the right with electronic check and bank wire payments to hold your purchase until we confirm the cleared receipt of said funds. The time required for payments to clear depends on the method and your bank's policies. US FIrst Exchange is not responsible for any changes in the value of currencies purchased from US First Exchange that may occur between the time payments are received and the time currency is shipped to the purchaser. US First Exchange is also not responsible for any changes in the value of currencies sold to US First Exchange that may occur between the time a seller ships their currency and the time the payment is received by the seller. Customers are encouraged to understand the risks involved in purchasing and selling foreign currencies. Consult your financial institution if you need more information.
All orders are final after confirmation and no refund will be issued under any circumstances. We will however offer to buy back or sell back any currencies at our current prices. US First Exchange does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our facility or fulfillment center. At our discretion, we may (under certain circumstances) issue a refund. Shipping is not refundable.
US First Exchange helps customers sell their bank notes by buying them back at the then current prices. By creating a two-way market, you can choose to sell bank notes that you bought from us back to us at the current sale price that we have to offer. Though we are known to offer best prices on these products, we do not guarantee profits will be made when selling bank notes back to us. There are other companies through whom transactions can be conducted and who may offer a different price and shipping terms. These companies are in no way part of US First Exchange and are not controlled by US First Exchange, and we share no responsibility for dispute arising between customers of US First Exchange and any other foreign currency exchange companies.
US First Exchange internally sets the prices it pays for customers' foreign currencies and the prices paid by customers. Prices are set based on a number of factors and US First Exchange is under no obligation to disclose the details of its pricing model. All prices are subject to change as conditions in the foreign currency markets change. Fluctuations in demand and supply are just one of the determinants for pricing currencies. US First Exchange is under no obligation to inform customers of changes in the prices it offers for foreign currencies.
All items purchased from US First Exchange are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If the item is lossed or damaged it may be replaced at the sole discretion of USFirstExchange however USFirstExchange is not liable to do so. Please be advised that your damages are limited to actual damages.
For currency purchases made through the US First Exchange website before 4 PM (Pacific Time Zone), your order will be packaged and shipped the same business day as long as your payment has cleared. For currency purchases made through the US First Exchange website after 4 PM (Pacific Time Zone), your order will be packaged and shipped the next business day as your payment has cleared. No currency purchase will be packaged and shipped until payment has cleared and has been received by US First Exchange. It is not a guarantee but our company policy. Orders paid via online transfer or with a credit card will have lesser shipping time, generally on the same business day the purchase was initiated as long as the order was created before 4 PM (Pacific Time Zone).
US First Exchange cannot guarantee shipping times on all orders but tries to ensure speedy delivery of products. Purchasers can use their FedEx tracking number to check the status of their order. US First Exchange is under no obligation to notify purchasers of a delay in the shipment of their order and encourages customers to use their FedEx tracking number to view the status of their currency purchases. All orders made through US First Exchange are fully insured from the time they are securely packed until they are delivered to the recipient. At times certain factors that are beyond the control of USFirstExchange might result in delay of shipment. There may be weekend days, holidays, or other normal interruptions in shipping time. We also cannot guarantee that packages will be delivered on time once they are delivered to FedEx. Any lost or damaged shipment will be replaced at USFirstExchange’s discretion, which can be in the form of a full refund of the customer’s purchase price or a replacement of the product. To address any discrepancies to US First Exchange, customers are requested to contact FedEx within three days if a package is damaged, missing, or there is some other problem. After three days, US First Exchange will consider a deliveries to have been received as ordered and there are no issues to address.
There are certain steps you can take to keep your currency shipments safe and secure. Provisions for storage and safe keeping are extremely important before making purchase of physical currency. The currency to be liquidated should be sent to US First Exchange AFTER you have received a purchase order agreement from US First Exchange. These packages will be the responsibility of the sender until they are received by US First Exchange. Any damage or loss during transit will not be the responsibility of US First Exchange. To minimize chances of theft, packages should have no mention of currency. Do not tell carrier or post office personnel what you are shipping. We monitor telephone calls and record them to ensure accurate customer service and avoid any foul play. US First Exchange has the right to contact customers even if you are listed on the Do Not Call registry. If you wish not to be contacted by USFirstExchange, please request to be placed on our Do Not Call list.
There might be tax benefits or detriments related to the trade and the product itself. Please consult a certified accountant about any and all trades, including the sale for profit. USFirstExchange has litigators on staff. Please be advised that the prevailing party, if there is litigation, may be entitled to attorney’s fees.
