All orders are final after confirmation and no refund will be issued under any circumstances. We will however offer to buy back or sell back any currencies at our current prices. US First Exchange does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our facility or fulfillment center. At our discretion, we may (under certain circumstances) issue a refund. Shipping is not refundable.
US First Exchange helps customers sell their bank notes by buying them back at the then current prices. By creating a two-way market, you can choose to sell bank notes that you bought from us back to us at the current sale price that we have to offer. Though we are known to offer best prices on these products, we do not guarantee profits will be made when selling bank notes back to us. There are other companies through whom transactions can be conducted and who may offer a different price and shipping terms. These companies are in no way part of US First Exchange and are not controlled by US First Exchange, and we share no responsibility for dispute arising between customers of US First Exchange and any other foreign currency exchange companies.
US First Exchange internally sets the prices it pays for customers' foreign currencies and the prices paid by customers. Prices are set based on a number of factors and US First Exchange is under no obligation to disclose the details of its pricing model. All prices are subject to change as conditions in the foreign currency markets change. Fluctuations in demand and supply are just one of the determinants for pricing currencies. US First Exchange is under no obligation to inform customers of changes in the prices it offers for foreign currencies.
All items purchased from US First Exchange are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If the item is lossed or damaged it may be replaced at the sole discretion of USFirstExchange however USFirstExchange is not liable to do so. Please be advised that your damages are limited to actual damages.
For currency purchases made through the US First Exchange website before 4 PM (Pacific Time Zone), your order will be packaged and shipped the same business day as long as your payment has cleared. For currency purchases made through the US First Exchange website after 4 PM (Pacific Time Zone), your order will be packaged and shipped the next business day as your payment has cleared. No currency purchase will be packaged and shipped until payment has cleared and has been received by US First Exchange. It is not a guarantee but our company policy. Orders paid via online transfer or with a credit card will have lesser shipping time, generally on the same business day the purchase was initiated as long as the order was created before 4 PM (Pacific Time Zone).
US First Exchange cannot guarantee shipping times on all orders but tries to ensure speedy delivery of products. Purchasers can use their FedEx tracking number to check the status of their order. US First Exchange is under no obligation to notify purchasers of a delay in the shipment of their order and encourages customers to use their FedEx tracking number to view the status of their currency purchases. All orders made through US First Exchange are fully insured from the time they are securely packed until they are delivered to the recipient. At times certain factors that are beyond the control of USFirstExchange might result in delay of shipment. There may be weekend days, holidays, or other normal interruptions in shipping time. We also cannot guarantee that packages will be delivered on time once they are delivered to FedEx. Any lost or damaged shipment will be replaced at USFirstExchange’s discretion, which can be in the form of a full refund of the customer’s purchase price or a replacement of the product. To address any discrepancies to US First Exchange, customers are requested to contact FedEx within three days if a package is damaged, missing, or there is some other problem. After three days, US First Exchange will consider a deliveries to have been received as ordered and there are no issues to address.
